Return Policies

We maintain full confidence in the structural integrity of the StopWatt system. If our hardware does not adequately match the power stabilization requirements of your home, we provide a structured product return framework.

60-Day Evaluation Period

Purchasers have precisely 60 days from the delivery timestamp to initiate a refund request. To meet the requirements for full financial compensation, the product must be in its original operational condition and enclosed within its factory box packaging.

Submitting a Request

To acquire an authorized return validation code, please coordinate with our service infrastructure via these primary communication lines:

Our help center will issue a dedicated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking ID along with specific dispatch details. Parcels sent back to our fulfillment centers without a documented RMA tracking ID cannot be resolved by our processing team.

Reimbursement Process

As soon as our technical evaluators verify the returned hardware, we will send an electronic confirmation notice. Approved claims are automatically re-issued to your initial payment resource. Please note that credit companies usually require 5 to 10 standard business days to display the transaction on your statement.

Shipping Responsibilities

The consumer remains responsible for all transit expenses necessary to return the physical equipment to our facility. All original logistics costs paid during the initial checkout phase are entirely non-refundable.
